One of the greatest advantages is having all of our production in-house.  Being one of the largest decorators in the Midwest we have the ability to produce orders of all sizes.  We are a low cost producer who can replenish inventory quantities as low as 1 piece.  In fact, some of our competitors use our decorating services on a contract basis when the jobs are either too complex or large for them to do in a timely manner.

We have state of the art E-business and software solutions that use cutting-edge technology to reduce the transactional costs of doing business.  We use a proprietary inventory management system that uses actual demand and target on hand levels to determine reorders by size, not by style.  We can manage the phase down and introduction of new products while minimizing or reducing obsolete inventory.

Being a privately held company, we can make decisions without having to consult with corporate boards or outside shareholders.  As your needs change we are a dynamic company that can adjust on short notice.

We use a preferred partner or supplier network to maximize out buying power allowing us to offer more competitive prices to our customers.  By leveraging our buying we receive higher levels of service and faster delivery from our preferred partners.

Through our supplier network we offer our customers one of the widest ranges of products available today.  These include promotional products, incentives, award, recognition, safety and uniforms.

In addition to our supplier network, Promotional Designs also has an in-house overseas sourcing division.  Through this division, Promotional Designs has access to some of the finest factories in the world without having to deal with trading companies and brokers.  Our people have been dealing directly with these same factories for over 7 years, building relationships with these factories allowing us to do custom projects in much lower minimums and lead times than our competition.  We take the “guess-work” out of overseas sourcing and are able to do custom projects for our clients in time frames no one else can--- all at a nice savings to our clients.
