Promotional Designs, Inc. of Green Bay awarded $4,500,000, 3-year contract to provide apparel and uniforms to City of Dallas, TX.
Promotional Designs, Inc. (PDI) a managed provider of apparel, uniforms and promotional product programs based in Green Bay announced they have been awarded a contract with the City of Dallas. The contract is for 3-years with a total contract amount of $4,500,000.
PDI will provide apparel and uniforms to 15 non-public safety departments. Over 7,000 Dallas city employees will be provided embroidered apparel and uniforms under the contract. Production will be out of Green Bay with sales and service provided by PDI’s regional office in Dallas.
This is tremendous opportunity for our company. We were awarded this program based on our excellent service, reliable on-time delivery, competitive proposal and technical expertise. Employment will be expanded in both our Corporate Office and Dallas regional office to service this contract. Up to 10 additional Production, Sales and Sales Support positions could be created during the next 3 years.

Packers Championship Win Means Business for PDI
PDI briefly celebrates the Packers NFC Championship win over the Chicago Bears then starts printing NFC Championship Locker Room T-shirts. PDI swung into full production within minutes after the game running at full capacity of more then 1500 shirts per hour. Printing continued throughout Sunday night and well into Monday. Retailers arrived hourly at the Green Bay facility to pick up shirts.
The Reebok Official Locker Room T-Shirts will be available at the Packer Pro Shop, Jersey Store, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Scheels and other sporting goods stores in Wisconsin.
PDI has a contract to print Super Bowl T-shirts with Reebok – Adidas and will be gearing up production to meet the demand should the Packers win the Super Bowl on February 6th.

Promotional Designs, Inc. has unveiled its new logo design.
The new logo is the first redesign since the company was started twenty years ago. Navy Blue and Olive Green were chosen for their corporate appearance and appeal to the eye.
Designed in-house, the logo represents a new era for the company. The focal part of the new logo is an icon, which features the letters PDI in a circular treatment to signify forward movement.
“The new visual identity is now a more accurate and appropriate representation of the company today,” says company President, Brian Katers. “With this updated look we hope to refocus our efforts in more of the corporate market.”
Promotional Designs is a one of the Midwest’s largest promotional product marketing companies which specializes in corporate on-line programs as well as custom imprinted promotional items and apparel. With in-house production and warehouse facilities that amount to over 42,000 square feet – Promotional Designs is the largest of its kind North of Milwaukee.
